I am writing to express my thanks for your gracious helpfulness. My pellet stove stopped working so I asked Ms. Google for pellet stove repair technicians in the Vancouver area and one of the choices she gave me was your Morton’s website. When I had a chance during the work day, I called you and a very friendly lady answered the phone. Once we determined that I needed more specific information regarding my stove, we attempted to come up with a mutually satisfactory time/day when a  repair person could come to examine my stove. When we realized that we could not do that (due to my work schedule), the lady recommended someone who knows and repairs stoves and works when I am able to be home. She gave me accurate contact information.  I think this is exemplary service! Thank you very much.
